Dielectric Constant Continuous Analyzers

This area of our business involves using our core technology based on dielectric measurement principles to continuously monitor liquids in a process, typically a petrochemical or chemical process.  Since it is a known fact that certain chemicals can be differentiated from each other in a lab test from their distinct “electrical signature” it is possible to apply these principles (and we have successfully applied)  to an online device. In some cases, there may be unique requirements where additional inputs are necessary and customised analysing software is implemented to produce a tailor made device for a problematic application.

 

What are the benefits of using an online  dielectric analyser?

Where applicable, such an online device may have huge economic benefits to plant operators who would like to compliment or even eliminate the need for continuous sampling of a fluid. A continuous measurement also provides more accurate data as opposed to spot sampling or costly alternatives which require frequent human intervention and servicing. With improvements in our technology it is now possible to provide precision measurements using this technique.
