EESiFlo's Watercut Monitor is a state of the art electronic instrument that determines the percent watercut in an oil emulsion without requiring the physical separation of the fluids.  The unit is supplied with or without additional EESIFLO inline static mixers or as a complete spool piece including   integral static mixer and options such as a crude oil automatic grab sampler and flowmeter

The EESIFLO design allows operators the ability to simple purchase the units without having to create a bypass system or additional explosionproof pumps to push the liquid through the bypass.  In any hazardous area whether ATEX IECEX or CSA standards are required from small 2 inch lines to larger 48 inch lines of differing materials, pressure ratings  we pride ourselves in the manufacture of quality watercut monitors  (formerly known as BS and W monitors or capacitance probes) designed and manufactured to measure accurately and reliably the total watercut in the process line in real time without having to waste time designing additional process bypass lines and compromising the integrity of the watercut measurement.

Some operators have traditionally created bypass systems and installed small 2 inch watercut monitors in the bypass in the hope that a representative crude oil/water mixture will pass through the bypass.  It is the decision of the oil company operator on how they want to design their online water in oil measurement systems but we have found that many operators are now concerned with a more direct

measurement in the main process line since measurement in  a bypass system  could be misleading due to the fact that what is flowing through the bypass might not faithfully represent what is actually flowing through the main process line.

The EASZ-1 can be manufactured in almost any size, pressure rating and material to suit operator’s needs. We also keep an inventory of common size units in our factory to provide for the urgent delivery requirements of operators. All units are manufactured under the highest quality standards and our manufacturing facility is certified to ISO 9001:2000 standards and also qualified under ISO 18001 safety standards.

Most of the commonly manufactured EASZ-1 Watercut meters are in 316 stainless steel. We are able to meet NACE requirements and also special painting requirements for units manufactured in other materials. If other requirements are needed, we can offer additional tests done at our factory such as x-ray of welds, dye penetration and even factory acceptance tests (FAT) which are offered to companies requiring additional tests and documentation.  We also have qualified personnel who are able to give onsite assistance/training in almost any part of the world.
