EESIFLO manufactures state of the art water in oil monitors which have been designed to function under the extremely demanding conditions encountered in the oil field with minimal or no maintenance.
Two different models are available for high-cut and low-cut applications. All the sensing is done directly l in the process stream and the EASZ-1 Watercut Monitor measures the dielectric constant of the process fluid flowing in the line. The sensor converts dielectric properties into a current output and transmits this from the probe as a 4-20 mA signal proportional to water in oil percentage. The output can be utilized locally at a LACT unit or DCS system, or it can be transmitted some distance to a control room or monitoring station.
EESIFLO International not only manufactures watercut meters for crude oil and condensate applications but also designs and provides complete systems to international standards which may include flowmeters, crude oil samplers and receivers and densitometers. |
