EESIFLO 3000 Series Flow Meter
The EESIFLO Permanent Closed Pipe Doppler Flow Meter is a highly reliable flow monitor with analog and pulse outputs as well as high low relay contacts.It offers a more convenient transducer installation design, better accuracy, simplified keypad operation, and a smaller size.

The AC powered EESIFLO 3000 Series Flow Meter is designed for on-site applications in wastewater treatment, sludge, and slurry processes and any industrial process or aerated stream in which liquids present adequate suspended solids, particles or bubbles to be detected by Doppler methodology. Transducers are supplied with a permanent contact gel, reducing operator handling and maintenance.

The 3000 series is designed to measure flow for process control, particularly by monitoring pump station operation, bio-solids handling (RAS, WAS, thickened sludge) and to measure flow of liquid-based slurry and other industrial process streams. Because it applies Doppler methodology, it requires a sample with adequate suspended solids, particles, or bubbles present.

The 3000 series is a clamp on style flow meter that is non-intrusive to the flow inside the pipe. This means that a customer can install the 3000 series Flow Meter without interrupting the flow.

The 3000 series has unique Doppler sensing methods where readings are not possible if there are insufficient Doppler reflective elements in the conduit to prevent mis-application of its technology. The 3000 series is a true microprocessor based Doppler meter designed in a weatherproof enclosure and operates on 110 or 240 VAC.
