Complete systems
The back-mixing created by the EESIMIX mixing elements produces a very uniform distribution and droplet size of the water in the crude. The design of an equipment package should be centered on the concept of extracting a sample from the pipeline, which is truly representative of the product. This is done by taking a sample in isokinetic conditions; actually and physically takinga sample from the flowing stream.
The Representative MBW system is an example of good practice where the custody transfer sampler or representative spot samples can be used to correlate with the watercut measurement. Whether we are taking spot samples, grab samples or measuring watercut online we are “seeing” what has been homogeneously mixed in the stream.
In addition to the manufacturing on inline custody transfer mixers, EESIFLO also manufactures its own state of the art online watercut monitors and has been designing and fabricating , installing and commisioning complete sampling systems and panels for more than two decades
