in Japan who supplies niche products and solutions
to the re-usable oil business in Japan. They
are also involved in the lubrication and hydraulics
business. Techno Support is a Japanese firm
with a dynamic team of technical engineers

to general industry markets in Japan.

using the EASZ-1 water in oil sensor
in combination with the KLEENOIL filtration
system as a value added component
to their filtration skids. The EASZ-1
water in oil sensor is able to detect
the presence of water in any form,
either dissolved, saturated or free
water. This will enable users to start
and stop the filtration of oil through
a bypass filter when water has reached
acceptable lower levels. The presence
of water in hydraulic systems can
cause catastrophic damage and accelerate
wear. The KLEENOIL FILTRATION™
system is easily and quickly installed
by approved mechanics. It comes in
3 standard sizes to cater to the needs
of equipment capacity and working
conditions. The system is in use in
Construction, Mining, Trucking, Busing,
Marine and in high use local delivery
and pick-up trucks.
Techno Support has also added particle
monitoring to this system when required.
The concept of recycling oil in a
parallel filtration loop is not new,
but now it is possible to monitor
the effectiveness of their systems
to end users who already rely on the
bypass filtration but now can actually
see it working and doing its job if
removing water and particles in real
time.

Techno support has excelled in the usage
of BY-PASS filters that pass a small portion
of the total oil flow through a very dense
filtering media at about 2.5 gallons per minute.
At this speed, it is possible for the BY-PASS
filter to remove particles down to 1 micron
and totally remove water, greatly decreasing
engine wear and extend oil life.
The services that Techno Suppport provide
can eliminate water and particle contamination,
extend oil life up to 3 to 5 times and hydraulic
oil up to 10 times, reduce engine wear and
component wear, dramatically reduce downtime,
remove particles down to 1 micron, and is
applicable to engines as well as hydraulic
systems.
The By-pass Filter can be installed on any
combustion engine from the smallest car or
compressor to locomotives, boats, and the
largest earth-moving machines. It can also
be used as a very effective fuel filter and
