Crude oil prices necessitate accurate measurement of the BS&W content in oil. Manual sampling methods can result in samples with inaccurate and inconsistent values. EESIFLO BS&W Monitoring Systems are designed to collect continuous online information on water content in oil and flow rate. The flowmeter can also be used to control the sample grab rate of our inline automatic crude oil sampler to pump oil into the receiver cans that can be taken off to be analyzed in a laboratory. Representative samples of oil and BS&W content in oil are obtained through mixing sampling, online analysis and good practices recommended by API /ISO.
